Abstract
GATA2 deficiency-associated bone marrow disorder can present with features that overlap with idiopathic aplastic anemia. GATA2 marrows have severely decreased hematogones, monocytes, NK cells, and B cells; variable dysplasia; and clonal cytogenetic abnormalities.
